  • SGC negotiates and drafts employment related documents, including offer letters, employment agreements and employment handbooks.

  • SGC advises clients regarding incentive compensation for employees, such as granting equity to employees or other performance based compensation.

  • SGC counsels clients regarding liability protection, especially in the context of contracts and other transactions.

  • SGC advises clients regarding intellectual property protection, such as trademark registration, licensing agreements, copyright protection, trade secret protection, and non-disclosure/non-circumvention agreements.

  • SGC guides clients in the area of privacy law compliance and drafts privacy policies, terms of use and other required legal disclosures for clients’ websites.


Exit

  • SGC advises clients regarding business succession strategies and drafts necessary legal documents to ensure that the business succession strategy is implemented.

  • SGC guides clients through the process of selling their businesses and drafts the purchase agreements such as asset purchase agreements and stock purchase agreements.
